SUNDAY, March 29 - PALM SUNDAY
10:30AM Service in the Sanctuary
9am Sunday Morning Bible Studies for children, youth, & adult
Sermon: Who is Jesus? The One They Have Pierced
THURSDAY, April 2 - PASSOVER THURSDAY
6pm in the Activities Building
(Reservations required; families and children welcome)
Take part in a Christian Passover
Dramatic Participation Service (not a meal)
Limited spaces available.
Take part in a Passover Seder Service, which includes direct participation of all attendees in the remembrance of God’s Passover deliverance of the Israelite people from Egypt, with every element of the service fulfilled in the person and work of Jesus Christ. This dramatized Service in the Activities Building will take all attendees into the upper room, where Jesus and His apostles shared the Last Supper and where He declared Himself to be the Passover Lamb.
FRIDAY, April 3 - GOOD FRIDAY
6pm - Meet in the Parking lot to begin Stations of the Cross
Stations of the Cross
Join us in the Parking Lot to sing songs of praise for the greatest Good that anyone has ever done for humanity. This praise will then be followed by a guided walk through the Stations of the Cross with meditative readings and prayer around the Ashley River Baptist Church grounds. The final stations will be in the Sanctuary, with a dramatic closing to depict the darkness that came over all the land as Jesus laid down His life on the cross.
