A celebration without guests isn’t. On our 65^th Anniversary we want to have a family and friends celebration of God’s presence with Ashley River. To accomplish such we must call together our members and guests. We cannot presume they will show up because we have planned the celebration.

 

We will achieve our Sunday School goal by contacting our faithful members with a “thank you” for their regular support. Some who have not been attending we need to contact with gentleness and compassion. Guests should feel a welcoming spirit as we tell them of our life as a congregation.

 

Let’s make our 65^th Anniversary more than a remembrance of our past. Let’s make it a celebration of our heritage. Let’s build on the faithfulness of those who came before us with a vision to minister “West of the Ashley.”
