Music & Missions is an incredible beginning to learn listening, singing and playing rhythm instruments along with learning about what God created us for, to Love God in our daily worship and to love others through our daily lives. Each age group has opportunities during the year to share their songs and experiences with their families in special programs. The activities and learning experience give a time for biblical teaching about how Christians help other people with humanitarian and spiritual needs through missions.

God created us to worship Him. He also commanded us to go and make disciples. Therefore, Ashley River Church Student & Music Ministry aspires to train/disciple students in the Arts of Worship. Worship is life; therefore, this is an unlimited area of potential. We want to challenge and provide students with the opportunity to discover learn and develop gifts of the arts toward their created purpose, to worship God. This developing team of WAA leaders will help these students to develop these gifts towards worship.. not as "Worship leaders," but "Lead Worshipers."  Areas of instruction include, but are not limited to, Youth Group Band, Youth Praise Team, Ensembles, Special Music, Skits/dramas, Worship presentation media, sound, puppets, creative movement, sign language, photography, Art/painting, composition, etc. Worship through Arts is only limited by our Creator and in whom there is interest to use those gifts in Worship.
